My professional portfolio as a Mural Artist is ever evolving. I love to work in Acrylics directly onto the wall. This is where I find my greatest inspiration and am able to express my true art self to its full potential.
Running with a brief, from the research to allowing my ideas to free flow is the essence of my being. I long for the viewer to become engrossed in the atmosphere and detail of the images I create. Adding my own style and quirky twist to the brief is always my greatest challenge.
As a young girl, many artists captured my imagination, and inspired me; Salvador Dali, Joan Miro, Rothko, Giuseppe Arcimboldo and Andy Worhol, are just a few. From a very young age I had a fascination with perspective and detail. This is evident in the imagery and techniques I now employ.
My creative career has been varied and interesting. After leaving university, I was fortunate to take part in several exhibitions. I also worked for a London based agent, who sold my textile designs to the American market. Today I just focus on my Mural portfolio. The paintings have all been commissioned, for private and commercial interiors.
If you are interested in my work, and would like to discuss a commission, please get in touch.
